SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Upstage Footwear. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment processing time
All in stock orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want each customer be fully satisfied with your shoes purchased from Upstage Footwear. If you are not satisfied/need to exchange your shoes, we will accept returns/exchanges (unless specifically stated in the description) up to 30 days after purchase if the following conditions are met:
- Items must be shipped back unworn/no signs of wear
- The invoice or receipt must be added
Note: Upstage Footwear is only responsible for return labels on items if it was a manufacturing problem, in all other cases, customers are responsible for the shipment costs back to the manufacturer. We have the right to refuse if too worn and not in original condition.
